Legal advice

To the extent permitted under the Legal Services Act, the Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau offers legal counseling to students. For legal questions, dealing with government agencies, or other issues, the legal counseling service provides guidance and information on possible legal courses of action.

How can I access legal advice?

For legal advice, please send an email to rechtsberatung@swcz.de. It is important to describe the problem in detail and to include all relevant documents. Mr. Altringer or his office will respond as soon as possible.
