Foodsaver available in all dining halls and cafeterias

At our Foodsaver buffet, guests at all dining halls and cafeterias can fill a Relevo reusable container with leftover food items just before the serving line closes, thereby saving them from being thrown away.

In the last 15 to 30 minutes before the facilities close, guests will find a buffet featuring all food items that would otherwise have to be discarded due to hygiene regulations. These items can be used to fill a large, two-compartment reusable container from Relevo, which holds approximately two servings. Of course, it is also possible that no food will be left over, in which case no buffet will be offered.

The on-site kitchen management decides daily whether the offering includes main components or not, and sets the price accordingly:

Without main components:
Student: 2,30 € | Staff: 2,60 € | Guest: 2,80 €

With main components:
Student: 3,90 € | Staff: 4,40 € | Guest: 4,80 €

An additional bonus: The 0,30 € fee for using the Relevo reusable box for the Foodsaver buffet is already included in the price. In addition, the dining halls and cafeterias offer other Foodsaver options, such as sandwiches, desserts, or even cakes from the previous day, which are significantly discounted.
