Under the Saxon Transparency Act, which took effect on January 1, 2023, any person is entitled, upon request, to access information available at an entity subject to transparency requirements, unless an exception applies. The Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau is an entity subject to transparency requirements.
Once the Saxon Transparency Platform is established online, no later than January 1, 2028, bodies subject to transparency requirements will also be obligated to publish the information specified in Section 8 of the Saxon Transparency Act on this platform.
